If you cancel 12hr or less, Peace Love & Lashes will charge 100% of your total appointment cost If you no call / no show, Peace love & Lashes will charge full price as well, and may take steps for further action such as not taking you as a client in the future. Texting me saying you can’t make it is much appreciated and I will excuse the banning action. There is a 10 min grace period, meaning if you are 10 minutes late you are considered a no show, unless contacted. Also - Please Book According to Lashes needed~ if you arrive with less then 3/4 have shed...please book a new set! 2 Person Max per Room: For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow anyone else into the service rooms other than (1) the Lash stylist and (2) the person receiving the service. *Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who can supervise them in the lobby while you receive your service. Children are not allowed in the service room. We will not supervise your children and cannot be held responsible for any children—if you bring a child with you who is under the age of 12 and there is no one to supervise them, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50%. Cell Phones: Should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye and brow services, which involves the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision on the part of our technicians. Please be courteous and respectful of your technician’s time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the session room. We reserve the right to refuse service if you use your cell phone. CONFIRMATION TEXT/EMAILS As a courtesy, we will text/email and to remind you of your appointment. You will get several alerts to keep you informed so you don’t forget your scheduled appointment. This also helps in case you need to reschedule. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees - If you are wearing makeup we ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your schedule appointment and ask for cleansing pads. This will avoid any delay in your service. - Do not wear eye makeup. Makeup close to the eye area must be removed prior to the application process. Use a mild, oil free cleanser. Do not use oil-base makeup remover. - Do not apply face cream or sunblock in the eye area. The oil found in many moisturizers prevents eyelash bond from bonding to the natural lash and reduces the longevity of your extensions. - Do not have mascara on. Any residue of makeup will prevent proper application of the extensions.
